House rules

GENERAL RULES

All guests must comply with these house rules and other rules that apply to this facility. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we retain the security deposit in part or in full. In case of violation of the rules or problems with the neighbors, please contact the owner or manager of the facility without delay.

Guests are responsible for their behavior in the facility and its surroundings, and in the event of an accident, they bear the consequences themselves.

Guests are obliged to respect the agreed time of arrival and departure. Check-in is from 4 PM.- 8 PM, and check-out is until 10 AM.

Earlier check-in, as well as later check-out, is possible in agreement with the owner of the building, and there is a possibility for an additional surcharge in the maximum amount of 20 e.

In case of check-in after 8:00 PM, the facility must be notified, otherwise the landlord reserves the right not to issue the same.

NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD

It is forbidden to destroy other people’s property, cause disorder and disturb neighbors, and especially it is forbidden to make noise from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
In the event of excessive noise and disorder, the owner may evict guests from the facility and retain the full amount of the reservation and security deposit.

VISITORS

Visitors are not allowed in the facility, except in exceptional situations and with prior agreement with the owner of the facility, otherwise, if a violation is found, you will be asked to leave the facility.

PARTIES

Parties are not allowed.

VEHICLE PARKING

Please park vehicles only in the spaces provided for the guests of this facility.

WASTE MANAGEMENT

During your stay, please dispose the waste in the designated bins (list in the apartment).
Garbage must not be left on public and common areas.

SAFETY

It is the guest’s responsibility to take care of the apartment during their stay, close the windows and ensure that no damage occurs. Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the rooms, and the owner is not responsible for their eventual disappearance.

The owner reserves the right to enter the facility at any time( in case of accidents and violations of house rules ).

When leaving the facility, be sure to turn off the lights and all electrical devices and turn off the water to save energy and ensure the safety of the facility

ASSET PROTECTION

It is not allowed to take furniture, towels, bed linen and pillows out of the facility.
It is not allowed to move the furniture!
Guests are obliged to protect the owner’s property, and in case of damage, they are obliged to report the damage and pay for it.

PETS

Pets must be socialized and not disturb other guests.
Dogs and other pets that move must be on a leash in all common areas such as the staircase, outdoor area, playroom…
If pets are left alone in the apartment, they must not jump on furniture and doors.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bed linen.
If violations are found, you will be charged 500€.

RESIDENCE REGISTRATION

Upon arrival at the facility, the guest is obliged to present personal documents to the host in order to register his stay.
